Youth Choirs
Sonlight, The High School Choir
It is our desire at Tallowood to raise up a generation of high school youth who sincerely worship. As with other music ensembles at Tallowood, Sonlight is committed to excellence, to learning how to worship God through musical expression, and to having a good time doing all of that. This choir is directed by Associate Minister of Music and Worship, Randy Kilpatrick. The choir has traveled extensively on mission tours tours including United States , Canada , Great Britain , Switzerland and Hungary.
Sonlight, which meets on Sunday afternoons at 4:30-5:40 in Choral Hall, leads in worship services monthly.

Heartlight, the 6th, 7th & 8th grade choir
Heartlight is one of Tallowood's student choirs. This choir rehearses every Wednesday night in the Ensemble Room, from 5:55 until 6:55. The group goes on a weekend choir tour each spring and they conclude the year each May with a "Narthex Concert." This group is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students without an audition.
