Street Reach
Montrose Street Reach
Martin & Kim Dale, YWAM, Youth with a Mission, along with Joe Williams aka Preacher Joe together joined to form Montrose Street Reach in early 2000's. They reach out to teens and young adults and their babies living on the streets of Montrose.
On the 4th Wednesday of every month, Tallowood members prepare a “hot meal” to be served after they have their “street church” service in a parking lot behind a building on the corner of Lovett & Yoakum. We meet around 6:30 pm in the back parking lot of Tallowood church to collect the food and to carpool down there, for those who wish to help to serve. We are always looking for help in preparing part of the meal and/or to help serve the meal! Also donated items such as mosquito spray, diapers, soy formula, clothes, socks, caps and gloves for the winter are ALWAYS welcomed. If you would like more information, please contact Mary Idiaquez at Home 713-856-7998/Cell 832-264-7998 or email at midiaquez@comcast.net
